The Red Ginger in Portsmouth, New Hampshire will be offering Gourmet Cooking Classes. The first class will be held May 8, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Red Ginger at 261 South Street. The hands-on opening workshop will show attendees how to create the perfect cocktail party. including a great cheese platter, Roasted Fennel Soup Shots, Texas Beef Salad, Roasted Potato and Cheese Fondue Bites, and Pork Calypso Meatballs with Mango Glaze. Bite-size Pavlovas will be on tap for dessert, and you’ll also learn how to make perfect party cocktails. Reservations and pre-payment for the class are required.
