Robert’s Maine Grill has peaceful views of Spruce Creek throughout and a wonderful outdoor deck providing a quiet oasis from the neighboring Route 1 Kittery outlet shopping.

The food is classic Maine fare – updated. There are plenty of seafood choices – lobster, a great table side Clambake for 2 and a Raw Bar. The beer battered haddock and chips are a huge hit. They grill, fry and sauté all local fish favorites – salmon, haddock, tuna, and more. But it’s not just seafood, there’s Moxie BBQ Steak Tips, Yankee Pot Roast and Buttermilk Fried Chicken. Or try the Lobster BLT or Lobster Cobb Salad. Robert's uses local produce and Maine-made products and they an extensive list of Maine beers on tap and in bottles. It’s Maine comfort food.

Robert's is described as “down home elegance” and was awarded Five Stars by the Portsmouth Herald. The building and grounds have been featured in architectural journals for the clean, classic lines and the green landscaping and watershed protection. Inside there is art from talented and popular local artists covering the walls.

Robert’s is across the street from sister restaurant and local landmark Bob’s Clam Hut. Think of it as Bob’s gets dressed up (a little) and goes out for dinner. Opens daily at 11:30am.
