2½ ounces General John Stark Vodka
½ ounce dry vermouth
dash orange bitter
lemon twist

Fill a mixing glass with ice. Add vodka, vermouth, and bitters and stir for about 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Squeeze lemon twist over glass to express oils and drop peel into the drink.
