On November 4th, the Black Trumpet Bistro in Portsmouth, NH will host their third annual Game and Beer Dinner. Featured will be beer from Manchester Brewing Company, Allagash, and Smuttynose, et al, and the menu will offer rattlesnake, chukar patridge, house-aged Oma, bannock bread, smen, and kim chi. The dinner includes a tasting of five brews, passed hors 'd oeuvres and four seated courses. The fee is $75 per person, plus tax and gratuity, and the event begins at 6:30.
