McMenemy's Restaurant and Pub Closes Print E-mail
Written by Crystal Ward Kent
The luck of the Irish didn't hold for McMenemy's Restaurant and Pub in Portsmouth, NH, which closed its doors on October 27th. Despite receiving positive reviews, and being voted "Best Irish Pub" by Taste Magazine, the restaurant was not able to survive. Owned by Traci and Robert Schaake, the restaurant served Irish and American fare.

WOw.. that really sucks.. They had great food.. Too many restaurants in portsmouth to choose from and with a younger crowd coming in each year its hard to survive. I am very sad to see them go.
