Friday Dinner at Chez Bouchon

Ron Boucher has renamed the dining room at his renown culinary school to Chez Bouchon in order to properly capture that old world flavor and feeling found at many "bouchon" styled restaurants in southern France. Literally translated as “cork” or “stopper”, these intimate bistros and wine bars are a great tradition. Now you can join Ron and his team for a bouchon dining experience featuring a four course seasonal menu for only $45.00 per person.

Each menu features traditional old world recipes recreated to highlight fresh native foods. Offerings include an amuse bouche hors d'oeuvre, choice of soup or salad, choice of entree, followed by a delectable dessert.  A selection of wine and beer offerings will be available to accompany your meal.  Chez Bouchon is perfect for a romantic night out or for larger groups. Just be sure to book ahead.

Sample Menu:
Amuse bouche-Butter Poached Lobster over orzo pasta with a chive mascarpone cream
Soup- Spring Vegetable Minestrone with shaved Parmigiano-Reggiano and grilled baguette with gray sea salt
OR
Salad- Fresh Arugula Salad, shaved pecorino Romano and a white balsamic drizzle
Entrée 1- Pan Roasted Organic Salmon with a fennel puree, tarragon butter, grilled cherrystone clams wilted spring greens, crispy lardons and fennel pollen
OR
